There are a number of central departments our franchise partners can take advantage of. Utilising these departments will potentially give you access to things you don’t currently have and will definitely give you some time back in your day.

As one of our franchise partners you can take advantage of our Training Academy - a bespoke e-learning platform, with a breadth of content which has been developed over many years. For the most recent developments, webinars with specific suppliers and/or experts supplement the content in the Training Academy; and sometimes learning is facilitated simply by connecting a Franchisee who excels at a particular discipline with another who wishes to learn more about it.

TechStack

LSL have developed relationships with the leading prop-tech in the industry at discounted rates. The tools have been integrated with Reapit and the LSL systems to allow independent agency owners to plug and play. The training team provide ongoing support, and the Franchise Directors manage the accounts to ensure third-party suppliers are providing best-in-class service to our franchise partners.

Our Client Accounting team and Credit Control centre pick up two of the most arduous tasks for our franchise partners, giving you more time to concentrate on your customers and growing your business. All our franchise partners are supported by a Franchise Director who is available to help with anything in the business.

We will schedule a one-to-one meeting where we will discuss our vision for a prosperous collaboration. During this meeting, you will gain insight into our values, our people and our strategies for achieving enduring success.

Business & operations plan

Having a business plan is a cornerstone for any operation and this provides an opportunity to discuss in detail your ambitions. We have decades of experience with businesses and we will help you with your expectations before any formal arrangements are agreed.

Induction & launch

You will receive induction training prior to the launch of your business, in which we will provide you with all the skills and knowledge to operate our Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software. Once completed, we will provide on-going support to ensure your success!
